Terms & Conditions
- Payments must be made in Swiss francs (CHF) either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Diners) or by bank transfer. Credit card and bank charges at client's expenses
- Please mention ‘GEMME Congress 2008’ on all payments
- 100% payment on all services at the time of order
- All cancellations and modifications must be done through the web-site system on the registration form
- Hotel rates are in Swiss Francs per room per night and include breakfast, services, taxes VAT and free public transportation for the duration of the stay for participants with a hotel booking
- Until September 23, 2008 cancellation is possible less an administration fee of 20%. From September 24, 2008 we regret but no refund possible
- As of October 17, 2008, a fee of CHF 20.00 per modification in the booking will be charged
- All refunds will be made after the event
